7.4 Setting Holidays

7.4.1 Scheduling a Holiday

  1. Click the Menu button.
  2. Click Orchestration, then Routing, and then Operating Schedule Groups.
  3. If necessary, enter your line of business in the Search by name field to filter by the desired line of business.
  4. Select the schedule group for your line of business. 
    Note Do not use a meeting schedule for holidays.
  5. On the Schedule Group page, click Schedules. The Schedule Group page displays scheduled holidays.
  6. Click the Add existing schedules drop-down menu under Holiday Schedules to display available holidays. If the drop-down menu does not include the holiday needed, contact the DHS help desk.
  7. Select a holiday in the drop-down list to add it to the scheduled holidays.
  8. Click Save.

7.4.2 Canceling a Holiday

  1. Click the Menu button.
  2. Click Orchestration, then Routing, and then Operating Schedule Groups.
  3. Enter the name of your line of business in the Search by name field and select the schedule group.
  4. On the Schedule Group page, click Schedules. The Schedule Group page displays scheduled holidays.
  5. Click the trash can to cancel the associated schedule.
  6. Click Save.
